Employee Benefits Corporation is our third-party administrator for our Medical Flexible Spending Account (MFSA), Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DFSA), Limited Flexible Spending Account (LFSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA).
Medical Flexible Spending Account (MFSA)
Employees covered under the Traditional PPO Plan can elect to shelter a portion of their salary from taxes and use the dollars to pay medical, dental, and vision expenses not covered by insurance for themselves and/or their dependents. For 2026, the annual employee contribution limit is up to $3,400.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees covered under the 亚洲通 Deductible Health Plan receive College dollars into their HSA account. The 2026 IRS annual contribution limits are:
- $4,400 for employee-only coverage
- $8,750 for employee plus family coverage
Employees may also elect to contribute additional pre-tax salary amounts to their HSA and use the funds for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses not covered by insurance for themselves and/or their dependents.
Note: Individual’s age 55 or older may be eligible to make an additional catch-up contribution of $1,000 (if applicable under IRS rules).
Limited Flexible Spending Account (LFSA)
Employees covered under the 亚洲通 Deductible Health Plan who are enrolled in an HSA may also elect to participate in the Limited FSA to pay for dental and vision expenses for themselves and/or their dependents. The contribution limit for the LFSA is tied to the Health FSA limit (up to $3,400 for 2026).
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DFSA)
All employees can elect to shelter a portion of their salary from taxes and use the dollars to pay for dependents’ (under the age of 13) daycare expenses. For 2026, the annual DFSA contribution limit (per household) is up to $7,500 (or up to $3,750 if married and filing separately).
